Documentary Photography

Ulster County Fair, one Sunday morning. These Hasidic boys were lined up for a ride. I loved the composition, interaction and closeness of the boys, but I had to use Street Photog Stealth Mode to capture the image. Pre-setting the exposure on the digital camera, a Sony F828, I used the upward rotated LCD to compose and snap. If I brought the camera to my face or eye, they would have noticed and all turned away.
